The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support for the local office in addition to more direct assistance to the producers in the office.



  • Provide administrative support for local office including telephone/email communications, scheduling, processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, office equipment maintenance and operation, inventory control and file creation and maintenance - both electronic and hard copy;

  • Assists in preparing formal loan submissions for lenders, with deal processing from applications to closings and in reviewing due diligence material for real estate transactions;

  • Participates in local marketing and sales efforts;

  • Prepare client correspondence and other internal correspondence;

  • Complete monthly (or as needed) expense reports for office staff;

  • Maintain electronic files for all incoming and outgoing correspondences;

  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by business.



  • High School Diploma, GED/equivalent certification or equivalent military experience; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred;

  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in an administrative capacity;

  • Excellent computer skills, including mastery of Word, Outlook and especially Excel; experience in a CRM like Salesforce preferred;

  • Experience in real estate a plus;

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a team environment;

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized;

  • Possess a strong attention to detail;

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
