The Recruiter is at the forefront of the proactive recruiting and hiring of talent for Berkadia. The Recruiter will work to develop a pipeline of talent for current and future positions in Berkadia. This Recruiter will be dedicated to our Innovation Technology business unit and recruit for all levels of positions within the department. This person will manage the entire recruiting life-cycle for their assigned positions from need identification to onboarding.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and screen talent through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, internet research, and cold calling;

  • Proactively research, explore, identify and utilize innovative sourcing strategies, tools and resources;

  • Build and manage relationships with the hiring managers within the Innovation Technology department;

  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on the hiring needs and strategies for the department; coordinating recruiting efforts to align with the over HR and IT strategy;

  • Acts as a liaison with candidates and hiring managers in an effort to attract the best talent;

  • Communicate company values, culture and benefits to candidates and the market at large;

  • Ensure a positive, world class candidate experience;

  • Serve as an employment brand champion for the company in the marketplace.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Major in a related field preferred;

  • Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in recruiting Information Technology professionals required, previous experience in agency recruiting (sourcing) preferred;

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) beneficial;

  • Possess a strong attention to detail;

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team with a demonstrated flexible attitude;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills- must be confident and comfortable in speaking with internal and external team members as well as senior management;

  • Comfortable in a high-volume and fast-paced environment;

  • Motivated to achieve personal and departmental goals.
